Many people listened to the various programs and RCR received many letters in response, especially from those who live behind bars. Even though the distribution of radio programs ended over the state network, it has continued in other ways, with a special focus toward providing radio programming to prisons in Russia. This includes distribution of sermons and other programs in MP3 format, as well as via satellite.
